CERTIFIED Life Coaching: "Indoor VS. Outdoor"
For more than a decade, Kevin Bolton—known to many simply as “Coach Kevin”—has been helping people discover something both simple and powerful: life can look different when we step outside, get moving, connect with others, and begin exploring new horizons.
Kevin’s approach to life coaching grew naturally from years spent in the cycling, outdoor recreation, and local athletic communities. Long before becoming professionally trained as a Life Coach, Coach Kevin saw firsthand how meaningful outdoor experiences could help people develop confidence, discipline, friendships, healthier routines, and a renewed sense of direction.
What began with bikes and local trails gradually expanded to state parks, wildlife areas, campsites, waterways, running routes, and outdoor communities throughout Central Florida. Along the way, Kevin has helped thousands of people take their first steps toward becoming more active, adventurous, and connected.
As part of Tree of Life Counseling Center in Oviedo, Coach Kevin brings those experiences together through a distinctive approach that combines structured personal life coaching, goal development, and accountability with outdoor and adventure-based experiences.
CERTIFIED Life Coaching:
TRADITIONAL Indoor CARE

Coach Kevin also provides structured, one-on-one life coaching in a traditional office setting, where clients can slow down, identify what is getting in the way, clarify their goals, and develop practical strategies for moving forward.

Indoor Coach Kevin

Kevin's role as a Life Coach is not to diagnose or provide clinical treatment for anxiety, depression, substance-use disorders, eating disorders, trauma, or other mental health conditions. Rather, he helps clients identify how emotional, relational, behavioral, and lifestyle barriers may be interfering with their goals and develop practical strategies for moving forward.
When a concern requires clinical assessment or psychotherapy, Kevin's position within Tree of Life provides the added benefit of working alongside licensed mental health professionals who can provide or recommend the appropriate level of clinical care.
