He received his Bachelors in Clinical Social Work from The University of Central FL in 1996 and studied at Columbia Theological Seminary for Divinity & Pastoral Care and Reformed Theological Seminar in Counseling Psychology from 1997 to 2001. He has served as pastoral staff for youth and families as well as supervising clinically for researched-based programs.
Garrett is licensed in the state of Florida as a mental health counselor and a clinical supervisor. Additionally, he has been certified in both school social work and school counseling. Garret used his skills with children to land him a job as the school psychologist for severe emotionally/behaviorally disturbed (SEBD) youth for 13 different county systems.
He is a certified Stephen's Ministry Leader and Ed. Trainer, LSCI, PSAMS, PREPARE & ENRICH (Marital Program). He has extensive postgraduate level training for PTSD, panic disorders, psychological/educational assessments and parenting & prevention research.
For those patients who may be uncomfortable with the traditional EMDR method for trauma reduction, Garrett is trained in mindfulness-based stress reduction and A.C.T. for those experiencing severe stress. He also continues to write publications and articles on actual Christian Growth in relation to mental health, spiritual hangups and spiritual integration in practice.

Natalie has over 6 years of field experience working with at-risk youth, suicide prevention, crisis intervention, and family/marriage therapy. Natalie’s passion is working with individuals and families providing psychotherapy using strength-based modalities. Her area of specialty is working with teens, adults, couples, families, and individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, behavior and anger management, conflict resolutions, parenting skills, and communication issues.
Natalie also volunteers at Spring Meadows Church Counseling Center once a month to provide pro bono counseling to individuals and families in need. In her spare time she enjoys supporting her church, spending time with her family and friends, exercising, and traveling. She is also fluent in Spanish and English and feels blessed to be able to provide her skills and knowledge to help the community and families in areas that are most needed.
I am from the Upstate New York region and I have relocated to Florida due to my internship. I have a Bachelors Degree from The University of Phoenix in Psychology, a Masters from The University of The Rockies in Psychology with a specialization in Criminology and Justice.
I am currently gaining a second Masters from Walden University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work with a variety of different modalities from family and children to adolescents, teens and adults, and I eventually want to specialize in Military, Military Families and addiction.
