Eve holds a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling from Barry University and a degree in Education from the University of Central Florida. She is passionate about helping people of all ages thrive and overcome their biggest challenges. Eve is certified in EMDR and utilizes Emotional Freedom Technique, DNMS (Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy), Family Systems and Attachment Based Therapies as well as a certified Mastering Mindsets Life Coach.
During her training, Eve learned the importance of nurturing the whole person – spirit, soul, and body. Eve clearly recognized that although addressing our symptoms might seem like the place to begin our healing, the best results come from working on the source of those symptoms. Attending to the symptoms alone is like breaking off the tip of a weed: given time, it will grow back because the root is still alive and well. When you remove the root of your distress, you are free to move forward with more resilience and enjoy opportunities for healthy relationships and personal success.
Eve works from a holistic, collaborative, strengths-based approach to help her clients understand and overcome their challenges. Her empathy and warmth help to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can process and heal. She creates individualized therapy for her clients from a variety of therapeutic approaches including EMDR, Family Systems, Attachment Based Therapy, Psychodynamic, Emotional Freedom Technique, Solution Focused Therapy, CBT, and life coaching.

In my free time, I like to read, listen to music, and spend as much time as I can with my family. I am excited to be starting a new journey which has helped me to find my spirituality.
